[OS X TeX] Assigning Skim or TeXShop to open a PDF file

Yes, that’s a problem as well. If the default is set to Preview in the Get Info panel, and I do the right click and select open with Skim, it does in fact open in Skim. Then when I change the default to Skim on the Get Info Panel, right click on the PDF file icon and select open with Skim, I get the slightly different error message:
