[OS X TeX] BibTex does not open bibliography in Mac Ventura

Howdy,

Please open the `Privacy & Security' section of `System Settings' (Previously `System Preferences') and select `Full Disk Access'. See if BibDesk is on the list (if not Drag and Drop its icon onto the list and enter you admin password if necessary) and that the slide switch next to its name is turned on (if not slide it on and ...).

I'm not sure that's your problem but it's a good place to start.
