Hi Herb,
That is precisely what I did. These are all packages that were not
included in the standard distribution at one time, listings, and
ccicons, for example (I did not create any package of my own). Perhaps
I should have kept them at some other location. The main issue is that I
did not check whether these got included in the standard distribution,
and if so, remove them. I will follow your advice from now on.
