[Textures] The appeal

Hi, I would like to draw the list members’ attention to the latest Textures
announcement: http://www.blueskytex.com/, particularly to “The Appeal”
section at the bottom of the page.

As far as I’m concerned, I’m still unsure whether the outlined plan is
really enough for me to be willing to contribute (the gap to be bridged
between a revived Textures and more modern TeX implementations would still
be huge, and there is no indication of how —or even if— they intend to
progress), but of course that’s something for everyone to consider
individually…
