Either using Nathaniel's procedure (which is roughly what I would have
done), or, alternatively:
- We know that this spell-checking is handled by "flyspell".
- Type M-x flyspell- TAB to find the commands whose names begin with
"flyspell-".
- Pick the most promising one, flyspell-word-before-point
- C-h f flyspell-word-before-point RET to find the key binding.
