[OS X Emacs] ? How to install Aquamacs-Emacs-1.9.dmg ?

Aquamacs 1.9 runs fine on Tiger; I have just tested it, and I know that we have a sizable number of 10.4 users running Aquamacs 1.9.  

Such problems can occur when either the download was faulty or incomplete, or when the .app was incompletely copied somewhere on the hard drive before starting it.

Otherwise, a look inside the log file using Console.app (provided with OS X, in /Applications/Utilities or "Dienstprogramme") should reveal any pertinent error messages.
