[OS X Emacs] German quotes in Aquamacs 2.4

It was a change in Aquamacs originally to match standard Mac behavior, but I'm not quite sure what Emacs 23/NS does in that respect.  Code that reverts this would probably be

(setq x-select-enable-clipboard t)
