[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs - ready for Retina displays

Aquamacs is now ready for Retina displays.

The development versions have been updated and are available here:

http://aquamacs.org/nightlies.shtml

Please let us know if you are experiencing problems with either the 2.x or the 3.x development build.  A regular release is on the way.
