[OS X Emacs] Download Aquamacs 3.0 preview 5

Aquamacs Emacs 3.0 preview (5) is now available from our servers at http://aquamacs.org

Some of the changes since preview 4:

Compared to preview (4), up to 3 times as fast.
Several fixes to issues that caused crashes.
Addresses "window or minibuffer content not drawn" issue.
LaTeX preview images: use correct size.
Provide high-resolution icons in the LaTeX toolbar.
Fix issue with the installation of command line tools.
Fix various bugs involving frames.
Enable standard window animation.
