[OS X Emacs] Mouse clicks not registering correctly in the Y axis

Hi there,

Unsure when I began observing this misbehavior, but when I open a document these days, clicking on a line puts the cursor 1-2 lines above where I clicked. The problem seems to get worse the longer the document is. If I turn on line numbering, and the last lines are at the bottom of the window, the lines at the bottom of the window won't be numbered. Scrolling the display to bring the last lines more toward the middle of the window will cause the unnumbered lines to get numbered. Has anybody else observed issues similar to these?
