[OS X Emacs] Aquamacs 3.5 problems; error in Aquamacs FAQ

I don’t use the menu much myself, but I am seeing the same problem with 3.5 on Mojave, with Accessibility enabled. It’s a bit weird, and I’ll take a look at it in the code soon.
