[OS X TeX] Lucidabr and fontenc

I've used the lucidabr.map and lucmath.map with T1 encoding and the Berry
Font Names. Or try the lucidabr-o.map and lucmath-o.map for non-Berry font
names. Great font, I use it all the time.
