[OS X TeX] Flashmode upgrade

All variants of Flashmode - except Alpha - have been upgraded. The most 
important new feature is that the controlling application is now 
Applescriptable, so that one can trigger any button from inside another 
application. However, only a few situations are imaginable, when one 
would like to call a script from inside the editor, e.g.
