[OS X TeX] can't write on log file error

Pete,
The path name of one of the documents exhibiting the behavior I
described is
~ 2010$ /Users/2010/Desktop/2010\ SS\ 2006/PrelimSS06.tex
and the new account username is '2010'.
By 'imported' I meant that the document was originally written in one
account and then transferred into this new account via the drop box
for the new account.
