This file is the reason: /Applications/EmacsJCVS.app/Contents/
Resources/share/emacs/22.0.50/site-lisp/site-start.d/carbon-emacs-
path.el

I informed Zenitani-san about the new TeX Live, but without
complaints on the OS X Emacs list (mailto:macosx-
emacs at email.esm.psu.edu) this failure might continue to exist for years.

A simple approach is to delete /Applications/EmacsJCVS.app/Contents/
Resources/share/emacs/22.0.50/site-lisp/site-start.d/carbon-emacs-
path.el – it's not very useful.

I think Aquamacs Emacs does not deliver this kind of "support."
