On a Spanish MacBook keyboard, with the Spanish localization of TeXShop:

- On the source window, cmd + zooms in, cmd = (which is cmd shift 0)  
zoom out, cmd + (which does not need shift) does nothing.
- On the preview window, cmd +  and cmd = do nothing (but the  
"source" menu item gets highlighted for a moment), cmd + does  
nothing, and finally cmd shift + zooms in and cmd shift - zooms out.
