[OS X TeX] [OT] *.sty files included in manuscript.tex?

Standard ones:
% \usepackage[config, labelfont={rm,bf}, textfont=rm,
\usepackage[config, labelfont={rm,bf}]{subfig}
\usepackage[right, pagewise]{lineno}

Yes, I uploaded the elsart.sty one (see above) - I found this also very
strange for a publisher who has its own style file.
