You mean?

	sudo fink selfupdate
	sudo fink update-all

On Tiger, Mac OS X 10.4, pdftk 1.41 is also in stable ...

Why? Pdftk is a command line tool, which will work without X11 ...

On Tiger compilation of an updated version of GCC consumes hours.  
Other hours are spent in compiling pdftk's Java core ...

Libwmf and libjasper, maybe separated into "pure," shlibs, and dev  
sub-packages. +GCC.
