[OS X TeX] Old file version reappeared as ghost

I can see the typsetting in the console.

Yes. At the beginning, everything went well, but starting from some point, the changes can be seen in the source file, but they do not appear in the typeset file.

At the beginning, I used changebar, which needs typestting in TeX + Ghostscript mode, but I have commented out all that, so I can use pdflatex.
