[OS X TeX] hebrew in LaTeX

I don't work with Hebrew, but it seems that if you really want to "get with the program", XeLaTeX and the polyglossia package is the way to go. Then you can use any of the many Hebrew fonts around without much fuss.  Here's a sample document:
