[OS X TeX] TeX and DVI via ps2pdf

Dear All,

I'm typesetting some files with drawings that need
latex + dvips + ps2pdf

TeXShop does finely, via selecting from the menu:
Typeset > TeX and DVI
and then run Typeset

Is there some code that I can place at the beginning of a file.tex to get
TeXShop recognize the Typeset with LaTeX engine [TeX and DVI]?
It seems to me that there is something like:

%!TEX program = xxxx
